Upon arrival, make sure that students:

1) Collect their wristband for prizes (between 9 - 9:45 AM). Wristband table will be set up in the atrium (outside of the Langar Hall).

2) Have Langar (fries, pakoray etc.) in the Langar Hall.

3) Students must go to the main Darbar hall by 9:40 AM and join their classes. Please do not wear socks in darbar.

After students Matha Tek, they must:

4) Find their class row (All classes will be on the men's side). If students are enrolled in multiple classes, they must sit with their level 1-6 classes first. They will sit with their Kirtan/ Gatka/ Dastar tying classes after level 1-6 recognition. Students can refer to the class signs taped on the floor or ask Sevadars for help.

5) Locate their plaque in their class row and take a seat.

6) Every class will be going to the stage to be recognized.

7) Students must be wearing their full uniform (white suit, blue Dastar, Rumaal, Chunni etc.) and it must be visible. Therefore, jackets/hoodies must be removed and given to guardians.

8) Donations will be accepted on Awards Ceremony day

(cash, cheque, credit card. and e-transfer).
