Gurmat Center Youth Program

FREE Program for All Youth in Grade 9 or Higher

Gurmat Center will be having its 83rd youth group program on Saturday, October 12, 2024. GCY is a safe space for youth in high school and university to explore Gurmat without any judgement. Bhai Bayantseva Singh is a second-year student at Douglas College, deeply passionate about poetry as a means to inspire, motivate, and educate. This past summer, he interned with Moving Forward Family Services, where he facilitated group discussions on mental health techniques, educating individuals on different ways they can enhance their own personal well-being. He will be discussing the following topic at GCY:
