YEAR END NEWSLETTER 2021

The end of the school year is fast approaching! While the temporary transition to online classes for several weeks was difficult for students and teachers, we are grateful to resume in-person classes to provide the best learning experience for students. With final exams around the corner, teachers will be working extra hard to ensure the successful end of the school year. Please ensure that your child studies for their exam so that they achieve high marks and are promoted to the next level. Students should be completing their homework and doing daily review of material covered in class. Please see below for important exam dates and Awards Ceremony information. FINAL EXAM DATES Passing grade for Punjabi classes is 70%  Passing grade for Santhia classes is 80% PUNJABI CLASS WRITING EXAM Monday Level 1: May 10, 2021 Wednesday Level 3: May 12, 2021 Thursday Level 2: May 13, 2021 Friday Level 2: May 14, 2021 PUNJABI CLASS READING EXAM (Including counting numbers in Punjabi & Dharmic Sheet)  Monday Level 1: May 17, 2021 Wednesday Level 3: May 19, 2021 Thursday Level 2: May 20, 2021 Friday Level 2: May 21, 2021 NITNEM SANTHIA (LEVEL 4) All students must arrive at 5:00 PM Level 4 Tuesday/Thursday (A): May 20, 2021 Level 4 Tuesday/Thursday (B): May 20, 2021 Level 4 Tuesday/Friday (C): May 21, 2021 SIKH STUDIES No final exam  GURU GRANTH SAHIB JEE SANTHIA (LEVEL 6) All students must arrive at 5:00 PM Level 6 Pt. 1: Wednesday, May 19, 2021 Level 6 Pt. 2: Wednesday, May 19, 2021 AWARDS CEREMONY WEEK   Unfortunately, due to COVID-19, we are not all able to gather to celebrate the success of our students. We are currently planning alternative ways to recognize our students for their hard work throughout the year. There will be a 2 week break period for students between final exams and the Awards Ceremony Week. More information on the Awards Ceremony Week will be shared soon!
