Summer Camp 2024 Volunteer Application

Volunteer Conditions
Volunteer applications for Summer Camp sessions 1 and 2 are open!  We encourage anyone in Gr. 6 or higher to take advantage of this amazing opportunity.  Applications will be screened on a first come-first served basis. Therefore, spots may fill up prior to the deadlines. Apply early. Please see below for more information:

VOLUNTEER APPLICATION DEADLINES
Session 1: Sunday, June 23, 2024 at 7:30 PM
Session 2: Sunday, July 7, 2024 at 7:30 PM

Note: Filling out this application does not guarantee that you will be accepted. We encourage you to thoughtfully and properly answer the questions to improve the likelihood of being accepted as a volunteer. Please carefully read the entire application.

If you apply for more than one session, it is possible that you may get into one but not the other. Please continue to check your email regularly.

In order to be accepted as a volunteer for the 2024 Summer Gurmat Camp, all of the conditions listed below must be fully met and agreed to.

Please ensure this application is submitted by the designated deadline for the session being applied for.

Orientation dates:

Session 1: Sunday, July 7th, 2024 (Time: TBA) 
Session 2: Sunday, July 21, 2024 (Time: TBA) 

You will be contacted anytime between your application submission date and 2-3 days after the application deadline date. You must respond to the email by the deadline stated in the email to confirm your position as a volunteer.

I acknowledge that camp photos and videos taken during the Summer Camp remain the sole property of Gurmat Center, and they may be used in future and current marketing campaigns.
