GCY Event #43
Our 43rd Gurmat Center Youth program took place yesterday! It was a great success with over 20 participants. We started off with a great discussion about the revolutionary steps taken by Guru Nanak Dev Jee to detach from the caste system, facilitated by Bibi Sharnjit Kaur. Later we played a competitive game of 4 corner soccer and ended the night off with a delicious dinner!
Level 4 Sakhi Night
A Sakhi night was held for Level 4 Nitnem Santhia students. The students have completed their Santhia for Jap Ji Sahib in the past few months. During Sakhi night, students started off by doing Jap Ji Sahib together followed by a presentation focused on Jap Ji Sahib by our Santhia teacher. Afterwards, students enjoyed pizza and ice cream sandwiches for dinner.
