Happy National Volunteer Week! We would like to take this opportunity to wholeheartedly thank each and every one of our amazing volunteers for their continued support and hard-work. Despite the pandemic, they have contributed immensely to GC with their time and effort and we are sincerely grateful for this! We hope to welcome everyone back soon!

Punjabi Class teachers have been working hard and creating pre-recorded lessons for all students this past month. All teachers are now preparing to transition back to in-person classes this week.

This past weekend, @dasmeshgurmatacademy Sevadars visited Gurmat Center for a Punjabi training session. In this session, Bhai Harnek Singh Jee shared what they have learned in their past 40 years of teaching Punjabi. Baba Jee shared their tricks and tips for teaching Punjabi. It was very wonderful connecting with these amazing Sevadars who are also doing the Seva of teaching youth Gurmukhi.

Last week, Nitnem Santhia and Sikh Studies students had their Spring midterms. Student progress will be shared through parent teacher interviews and in class with the students.
